Wucai Beach is located on the east coast of Weizhou Island. Unlike white sandy beaches, the beaches here are black sandstones made of shells and volcanic rocks. It is also called sesame beach due to the sesame shape of the sand. Here you can see sea eroded cliffs, terraces, and caves, which are rare in China. The moss and sea water on the sea eroded terraces are colorful and beautiful in the sunshine, so it is also a favorite place for taking photos.
