Chiling Langren Bay Scenic Area is located in Chiling Village, Yingzhou Town, Lingshui, about 40 kilometers away from Sanya City, and the drive takes about 40 minutes. It is adjacent to Qingshui Bay in the east and Haitang Bay in the west. It is naturally formed by embracing the sea, and is far away from Haitang Bay and Wuzhizhou Island. The sea water is blue and pure, with a visibility of more than 10 meters all year round. There are many kinds of corals on the seabed, and there are endless schools of tropical fish.

The scenic area has beautiful natural scenery, with sea and mountains connected, water and sky in one line, complementing each other, making people feel relaxed and happy; there are islands in the sea, and there are strange rocks on the islands, and the islands and seas are stacked like emeralds inlaid in the sea; there are mountains in the sea, and water in the mountains, which is spectacular. The natural fishing port with unique advantages is busy with fishing boats shuttling back and forth, and the folk customs of Tanka fishermen with Hainan characteristics thrive here. The 1.2-kilometer-long beach is delicate and soft, and the reflection of the coconut trees and the unique seaside plank road form a unique tropical coastal landscape.

The scenic area is being built based on the Fuwan sea area. It is planned to build seven major tourist sections, including tourist reception and service area, study and practice education camp, water sports and entertainment area, seaside bathing beach, fishing village cultural and commercial district, beach leisure and entertainment area, and sea farming and fishing project area.
