Meizi Lake Park is located in the Meizi River five kilometers southeast of Simao District, Pu'er City. It was an artificial lake due to the damming of the river. It was formerly known as "Hongqi Reservoir". It is mainly used for drinking water and irrigating farmland. Lake Park has become a tourist scenic spot in Pu'er. Meizi Lake Park has a beautiful and quiet environment. There are Yingbin Building and Wangcheng Pavilion. From the pavilion, you can see the green mountains of Meizi Lake, the blue waves are rippling, the green mountains and pavilions are reflected in the water, the mountains and pine waves are undulating with the wind, and the cruise ships are like butterflies, shuttling in the lake. There are often thousands of egrets and wild ducks in the lake, adding infinite elegance to Meizi Lake.
