Haihe Cultural Square is one of the important projects for the comprehensive development and reconstruction of both sides of the Haihe River. The square is located between the Shizilin Bridge and the Jintang Bridge in the Haihe River. It is named after the ancient cultural street adjacent to it. Part of the square is a large platform protruding from the water surface, and the other part is a large platform at the top of the sunken road, including the pavement between the ancient culture street and the sunken road. The heights of the two platforms are connected by steps, forming a platform structure of different levels. The square embodies a kind of simple and heavy beauty, relying on the ancient cultural street, combining with the modern architectural art style, making full use of the lighting and landscape effects, and realizing the development and innovation of history and culture.
