- Afternoon: find stalls of baked bean skins and baked camas skins on the snack street, savour the delicious flavours wrapped in toppings such as pickled carrots, pickled cowpeas, and folded earrings, and watch the tantalising appearance of the skins, which have been baked until they burst into tiny bubbles and sprinkled with sesame seeds and spring onions.
- Evening: Nibble on a rabbit head, five-spice or spicy according to your preference, and enjoy the rich sauce and texture of the marinated rabbit head.
