Itinerary
Day 1
Morning: Arrive at the hotel, check in and have a short rest.
Afternoon: take the subway line 3 to the Presidential Palace, visit this historical building that witnessed the rise and fall of the Republic of China and feel its unique historical atmosphere.
Evening: Take Metro Line 1 to Xuanwumen Station and visit Xuanwu Lake. At night, Xuanwu Lake is a very pleasant place to visit with its beautiful water and fresh breeze.

Day 2
Morning: Take the subway line 2 to Clover Garden Station and go to Zhongshan Scenic Area. You can buy a joint ticket to visit Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, Meiling Palace, Music Stage and Linggu Scenic Area, or buy tickets individually according to your preference. Recommended tour route for Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum: Gate 3 → Everlasting Deer Park → Sun Quan Memorial Hall → Plum Blossom Hill → Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum Ruins → Stone Statue Road Shinto Path → Sifang City → Gate 5. If you have enough time, you can also make a reservation for a free visit to the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum.
Afternoon: Take the subway line 3 to Fuzimiao. Visit the Fuzimiao Temple and experience its rich cultural atmosphere.
Evening: Night cruise on Qinhuai River, take a regular boat for casual visitors to enjoy the scenery on both sides of the 10-mile Qinhuai River. The price of the evening is 80 RMB / person, the tour route is Panchi Pier→Bei Heron Island Ming Culture Theme Park→Colorful Water Street→Dongshuiguan→Zhonghua Gate→Panchi Pier.

Day 3
Morning: Take subway line 3/4 to Jiming Temple Station and visit the ancient Jiming Temple. Buy your ticket at the entrance of the temple and receive three free joss sticks per person with your ticket.
Afternoon: Proceed to Summer Palace Road and enjoy the Republican architecture and unique flavor of the area.
Evening: Head to Xinjiekou, the commercial center of Nanjing for shopping and food tasting.

Tips
1、Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum Scenic Spot in Zhongshan Scenic Spot (Gate 3) You'd better take a taxi when you go there, it's inconvenient to park.
