Overview of the scenic area:

The scenic area is divided into three scenic spots, Hongya Lake Scenic Area, Qianlong Temple Scenic Area, and Shimen Gorge Scenic Area. The Hongya Lake Scenic Area can be visited when taking the sightseeing car. The sightseeing car has two stops.

The first stop is the cableway service area. After getting off, take the cableway up. After getting off the cableway, there are two roads to choose from, one flat road and one road climbing higher. Both roads can lead to the glass plank road. It is recommended to take the flat road and save some strength and time to visit the Shimen scenic area. It takes twenty minutes to reach the glass plank road by taking the flat road. I am naturally brave and not scared at all, haha. The glass plank road is estimated to be about 70 meters and is divided into two sections. The Dragon Head Pavilion at the top is not open yet, which is a bit disappointing. Then I went to the Qianlong Temple above the glass plank road. According to legend, Liu Xiu took refuge here. It has a history of more than two thousand years.

The second stop is the Shimen service area. After getting off the bus, it is a walking path. There are battery cars on the road. Looking at the price list, it costs 15 yuan for a round trip of 1.5 kilometers. This should be for the elderly and children who can't walk. We didn't take it and kept walking inside. Inside the Shimen Gorge Scenic Area are natural landscapes, such as canyons and waterfalls. It is a place for leisure and summer escape. It should be quite good to come in summer. There are several places with nice scenery inside.
