On July 26th, 2024, I was supposed to go to Nanchang for a two-day Special Forces trip with my partner, but the plan was postponed because my partner didn't wait for a ticket and the heat in Nanchang was high. At this time, I learned that Zhou Shen Wuhan concert tickets on sale, so I mobilized a number of people to help grab tickets, at first seconds empty, I insisted on brushing ten minutes, and finally grabbed the tickets, so decided to go. I rushed to buy a round-trip ticket, almost the last few, want to change the ticket is no longer available, it feels like an arrangement in the underworld.

On the evening of July 25th, after confirming my itinerary, I immediately booked tickets and checked the Hubei Provincial Expo tickets, only to find that they had already been reserved. I realized that it was difficult to reserve tickets, and that it was necessary to reserve them 5 days in advance, so I could only wait for refunds or sporadic release of tickets.26 Throughout the day, I swiped the tickets at almost every hour, but I could not get any. I was depressed to sign up for a tour, the other side also said that it depends on whether you can get a ticket, so the itinerary is not quite sure, I intend to go to the Yellow Crane Tower first, to see if you can get a temporary appointment on the same day.

July 26, 6 am I arrived in Wuhan, directly to the Yellow Crane Tower of the red wall of the red card, there are already some tourists, there are also solicitors to take pictures of people. I didn't bring my camera, so I used my cell phone to take a few shots while no one was around, and then I looked at the Yellow Crane Tower from afar. I wanted to go inside the Yellow Crane Tower, but when I got to the entrance, I realized that it was a park, and it wasn't open yet, and there were quite a few people waiting outside. While I was waiting, I passed by Tube Lane, where the stores were barely open, and I kept swiping my ticket for the Hubei Provincial Museum.

At around 8:10pm, the Hubei Provincial Museum released the tickets! I was so excited that I submitted the ticket several times, and it finally worked. I was so happy that I jumped up on the spot, said sorry to the Yellow Crane Tower, and rushed to the Hubei Provincial Museum, and asked the tour guide to advance the time from 10:30 to 10:00am.

At the Hubei Provincial Museum, I saw many precious cultural relics. I stood in line for a long time before I saw the “No. 1 Sword in the World” Yue Wang Gou Jian , whose full name is “Yue Wang Hat Shallow Self-acting Sword” . I also saw the Zenghouyi Chimes, which were unearthed in 1978 and rewrote the history of music in the world, and grabbed the last ticket to the most recent performance of the chimes. In addition, there were a variety of exquisite gold objects, such as gold and gemstone white jade dragons wearing peony hat tops, gold and sapphire hat tops, etc., as well as Zenghouyi Zun plate, which is the pinnacle of bronze craftsmanship, the Zun plate using a variety of casting techniques, and the painted lacquer wood tiger seat bird frame drums, the wisdom of the ancients and the aesthetics of the people is amazing.

After seeing the Provincial Museum, I went to see Zhou Shen's concert. I actually couldn't even sing a full Zhou Shen song, and was shivering in the midst of the fan base. I wore a hat the whole time to block my face, and I was so afraid of being found out as a roadie fan when I talked to the people next to me. Happily, I met my friend Hua Hua in Wuhan, whom I hadn't seen for years, but unfortunately the concert seats weren't together. It rained in Wuhan as the typhoon passed through, but the rain slowly stopped before the concert started, but we were still caught by the rain that leaked down as we sat in the stands, and the fans in the infield were all wearing raincoats and umbrellas. When it started raining again towards the end of the concert, Zhou Shen was singing in the rain and running around the stage, very dedicated. At the concert, I really realized the professionalism of the singers, the beauty of the music, the passion of the fans and the warm atmosphere of the venue. I also realized that I knew very little about the fan circle, such as not knowing that the backup color is blue.

Early the next morning, I bid farewell to my friends, loaded up my bags and headed out for a stormy walk. Guderji Temple was my first stop because of its intriguing name. The Gude Temple is small, with European architecture and a large lotus pond in the courtyard, where the lotus flowers bloom in summer. I didn't go inside the temple, so I just skipped around the courtyard.

After that, I went to the historical and cultural district of Lihuangpi Road. I went there without a plan, got on a scenic bus from Gude Temple, went to the Hankou Riverbank, and then walked towards Lihuangpi Road. I was in a hurry because I also wanted to visit the Yellow Crane Tower before my return trip. Lihuangpi Road was originally a Russian Concession with a lot of Western buildings, it is a “Museum of Nations” with a history of humiliation and bitterness behind it, and one should not forget its history while hitting the road.
