Description
This is a historical and cultural park dedicated to commemorating the famous Yiwu poet Luo Binwang in the Tang Dynasty. The park was built on the middle road of the city. According to legend, when Luo Binwang was seven years old, he sang geese in the Luojiatang area. At the entrance of the park, there is a mirror wall imitating the Tang archway. King Luo Bin (619--about 687), courtesy name Sightseeing, was a native of Yiwu, Wuzhou (now Yiwu, Zhejiang) during the Tang Dynasty. When he was young, he was aptly wise and intelligent. When he was 7 years old, he wrote the poem "Ying the Goose", which spread all over the town and was praised as a child prodigy. In his later years, he participated in Xu Jingye's Yangzhou Uprising, and wrote the famous "Ji Wu's Confession".
