Jiao'ao Governor's Office used to be the seat of Qingdao authority. In 1902, the Governor's Mansion was built in the south of Guanhaishan. It is like a lion eyeing, facing the main channel of Jiaozhou Bay. Designed by German architects, this Governor's Palace gives the impression of grandeur and solemnity.
