Chashan Scenic Area is located to the north of Pingdu City in Qingdao. The mountain is a great tourist and religious destination, featuring beautiful stones, springs, flowers and temples. There are several special attractions in Chashan that are well worth a visit. There is the Chashan Reclining Buddha with its natural yin-yang symmetry, the Prajna Temple Nanshan Statue, Pranja Temple Buddhism Pilgrimage and a special area for Buddhist prayer.
