Hangzhou Zoo is located at No. 40, Hupao Road, and its original location was Qianwang Temple. It is close to the Dreaming of the Hupao Spring and the Pagoda of Six Harmonies. The zoo has an elephant hall, a panda hall, a giraffe hall, a reptile hall, an acrobatics arena, and more than 20 other such facilities. The panda hall has two giant pandas, called Chengjiu and Shuanghao; and there are daily elephant, tiger and lion performances at the acrobatics arena, as well as other wonderful performances. The zoo is small in size, but the scenery is beautiful. The paths are lined with trees that provide shade so you can enjoy the scenery while looking at the animals, making stops along the way.
