The first-stage construction of the City God Pavilion Scenic Spot is mainly located at the original site of old City God Temple, with City God Pavilion as the center. It starts from the Dongyue Temple in the north and ends at the Twelve Zodiac Stones in the south. City God Pavilion Scenic Spot focuses on discovering and displaying Wushan history, culture and folk customs. At the entrance to the scenic spot, there is a large granite relief "Wushan Style Map" depicting the scenes and figures at the fair at that time. On the screen wall opposite to the entrance, the four characters "Wushan Grand View" were engraved. They were transcribed from the hand-writing of the Qing Emperor Kangxi.
