Zhejiang Provincial Museum Gushan Branch is located in the south of Gushan, the center of the West Lake Scenic Area. The branch was built in November 1929. It is a courtyard-style architectural building with local features of Jiangnan Garden. It is a combination of individual buildings and corridors that are rich in the characteristics of the Jiangnan region,forming a unique pattern of "house in garden,garden in house". Pottery of Hemudu culture , jade of Liangzhu culture and silk fabrics can be found in the museum.
