Xihai Art Museum is a non-profit art institution located on the south bank of Tangdao Bay in Qingdao West Coast New Area. It is located in the international comprehensive art community - Xihai Art Bay and is the core institution of the community's art ecology.

Designed by the famous French architect Jean Nouvel, the museum is committed to presenting various art forms such as classic and contemporary, fashion and design, music and performance to the public through cross-cultural and cross-media artistic innovation.
