The urban balcony scenic spot covers an area of 1075 mu. It provides a beautiful place and environment for citizens' leisure activities. The scenic spot is a huge coastal public leisure area, which is mainly composed of a bathing beach landscape area, an automobile culture exhibition park, and an urban footprint hall. Covering an area of 278,000 square meters, it consists of a citizen square, a waterfront square, and a children's square, of which the square pavement area is about 70,000 square meters, the water area is 82,000 square meters, and the green space is 115,000 square meters. The Cultural Convention and Exhibition Park is located on the southwest side of the beach, covering an area of 220,000 square meters.
