The Qingdao Cuilin Yunzhuang project is located in Dongmaojiazhuang Community, Jihongtan Street, Chengyang District, Qingdao City, close to the Jihongtan Reservoir, Asia's largest artificial dam plain reservoir. The Qingdao Cuilin Yunzhuang project was completed in two phases. The first phase covers a total area of more than 400 acres, with an investment of 100 million yuan. It covers an area of about 30 acres and is built according to the national 4A-level Attraction standards. It has a large banquet hall and can undertake various gatherings, wedding banquets, group meals, summer camps, winter camps, etc. The expansion barracks are divided into four floors. The first and second floors are bunk beds, the third floor is a standard room, and the fourth floor is a staff dormitory, which can accommodate 180 people at the same time. The tourist service center is built according to the 4A-level Attraction standards, fully applying the smart tourism system, and providing tourists with convenient "one-stop" services through intelligent tools. The gate of the Attraction has functions such as ticket checking and security, and can meet the entry of electronic tickets and other methods.
2. Research and practice area. The ecological agricultural greenhouse covers an area of about 7,000 square meters. In terms of landscape design, it is driven by creativity and uses the planting of various fruits and vegetables to create landscapes. It vigorously develops the combination of creative agriculture and handicrafts to create a unique sightseeing and leisure space. Seasonal fruits and vegetables are planted inside, and picking activities and plant science research activities can be held in different seasons. At the same time, it also has the educational and teaching functions of research and study tours.
3. Development and training area. This area mainly includes the existing stadium and professional development base, with rich development experience projects.
