Located near Changqing Road in Shenhe District, Wuli River Park has a natural scenery viewing area, a culture and recreation area, an entertainment service area and an ecology area for rare birds. The park's outer gate is made up of 10 tall posts, each of which is surrounded by four colored posts and capped with a steel stripe over a bright gray painted imitation stone base. This gives a festive atmosphere to the park, which is especially beautiful under the nighttime lights.
