Xiamen Gulong Sauce Culture Park was funded and built by Xiamen Gulong Food Co., Ltd. and opened to the public in early 2013. Nearly 60,000 traditional sauce jars - Gulong has the largest traditional soy sauce brewing and drying yard in Asia, with a total area of ​​nearly 50,000 square meters, which is recorded in the Shanghai World Guinness Records. Gulong has always insisted on using the traditional ancient sauce making process to produce sauces and use them for canned food production. This sauce brewing process condenses more than 3,000 years of Chinese sauce culture history and has been included in the "Intangible Cultural Heritage" project of Xiamen City. There is also a 2,800-square-meter strange stone museum on the tenth floor of the park, which collects and displays various strange stones, including the strange stone collections of many strange stone enthusiasts of the Xiamen Strange Stone Association, which greatly enriches your scientific knowledge and adds a touch of fun to the park. Standing on the 10th floor, overlooking the Gulong Cultural Park, I am very moved that the canning factory that was once located in Houjiangdai in the urban area has now undergone earth-shaking changes. Gulong Food Company has a good idea to build this cultural park, which not only increases the company's visibility, but also adds a tourist attraction in Xiamen, allowing the people to learn more during the visit.
