Description
Nanjing Taicheng originally referred to the wall of Jiefangmen to Taipingmen. Before the Youth Olympic Games was held in Nanjing in 2014, several sections of the city wall were extended by Unicom. After Jiefangmen and Shencemen were connected, the northwest to the southeast passed through Shenqimen. Xuanwumen, Jiefangmen, Taipingmen, every city gate can go up and down the city wall. The existing Nanjing Taicheng is built in the Ming Dynasty. The famous section is the Taicheng section of the south bank of Xuanwu Lake from Shenqimen to Taipingmen. You can walk on this wall all the way, with Xuanwu Lake on one side and city view on the other. You can also look at the attractions such as Jiming Temple on the way.
