The light and shadow show "Heart Seal·Zhonghua Gate" is directed by Liu Zhouming, a new and creative director in visual arts. It takes the triple city wall of Zhonghua Gate as the stage and uses advanced light and shadow performance techniques such as holographic box and 3D mapping projection show to dress up Zhonghua Gate in a technological and fashionable colorful costume for the festival.
With culture as the soul, light and shadow as the medium, and technology and creativity as the means, we overcame numerous difficulties and successfully made "Heart Seal·Zhonghuamen" a new business card for Nanjing's night economy.
As someone who has lived in Nanjing, you can see and touch the history and be pleasantly surprised. As a tourist, I not only saw the history of Nanjing, but also discovered that interesting technology awakened the centuries-old stories. So what kind of visual culture does "Heart Seal: Zhonghua Gate" present? Let's reveal them one by one:
The light and shadow show integrates and interacts with live shows such as Nanjing Baiju, opera and modern dance, allowing you to feel the vicissitudes of history and talk about the heyday of Jinling in the past.
As the snowflakes fall and the red curtains descend, will you follow the dancers’ footsteps to communicate with these souls guarding the city and witness again the initial construction of this magnificent city?
An autumn shadow turns into golden waves, and I drink and ask the bright moon. Chang'e rides the wind, Beijing opera gate, the quintessence of the national opera that I don't have the opportunity to see on weekdays, but I actually enjoy the VIP zero-distance contact treatment at Zhonghua Gate.
