Yongxingfang, a Shaanxi intangible cultural heritage block, is one of the 108 blocks in the Tang Dynasty and the former site of Wei Zheng's residence. Relying on Shaanxi profound historical and cultural resources, it combines local culture with lasting innovation, and through the intensive cultivation of intangible cultural heritage food and traditional culture, creates a block dominated by "intangible cultural heritage food culture". It is divided into eight blocks: Guanzhong Lane, Southern Shaanxi Street, Northern Shaanxi Lane, Handicraft Workshop, Intangible Cultural Heritage Folk Custom Street, 107 Street, Intangible Cultural Heritage Creative Street, and Fujie District. There are more than 100 merchants in total, and it also includes characteristic cultural areas such as the Food Museum, Shaanxi Opera Museum, and Shaanxi Specialty Center.
