The Jiulongtan Scenic Area is located in the Weiziping area in the Chang'an District of Xi'an. It is found to the north of the Qinling Mountains. The scenic mountains are beautifully landscaped and cascades from the peak of the mountain go to the Tandi Waterfall. Jiulongtan is a different style of pool formed by the impact of flowing water on rocks. Climbing Jiutan brings you straight to the peak of the hill and you arrive at the Crane field. The Crane field Temple is home to the Temple of Confucius, Fahua Temple, the Tripitaka Building, the Main Hall, and the stupa. It is a sacred place where people burn incense and worship Buddha. When you go up from Crane field, you can go to attractions such as Jinchan Temple, Sai Pond, Dragon King Temple, Nanya Temple, and Dongjing Pond.
