The Guozijian is the national education management department of the Ming dynasty and Qing dynasty in China (similar to the Ministry of Education today) , is also the school called "Tai Xue " which is established by state government. Guozijian, has adopted the traditional Chinese "south-facing, axis-symmetrical" architectural pattern with Jixian Gate (main gate), Taixue Gate (second gate), Biyong Hall, Yilun Church, Jingyi Pavilion and other major buildings. Biyong Hall is the main architecture in the Guozijian.
